SPIDER SHINDIG or CREEPY CRAWLER CELEBRATION…Your choice!

JUST ADD GUESTS™ Recipe

This is a fun and easy theme…and inexpensive, too!  Just Add Guests™ to our recipe for success below…and you’ll have everyone in your web as soon as they walk in!

 DIRECTIONS 

Invitation

• Add creepy table sprinkles or jumping insects to your invitation.

The Approach

• Customize a banner:  THE SMITHS WELCOME YOU TO A CREEPY CRAWLER CELEBRATION and hang outside to welcome all.

• Put Itsy Bitsy Spider lights around your doorway.

• Add a group of orange balloons and black balloons to your mailbox so the house is easy to find and put a bouquet on either side of your front door, weather permitting.

• Add one or more Trick or Treat Mylar spider balloons if desired (available from a local balloon store).

First Impression and Overall Décor

• Start with spiders and webs that cover 400 square feet in the foyer and leading to the main room where guests will congregate. 

• Attach our spider lair scene setter with Sticky Tack to an available wall (great for décor and as a photo op!)…

• Add 12’ spider decorations.  

• Attach cute little spider strings around all the doorways (to the kitchen, the lavatories and more!).

• Hang “gruesome” spider danglers over buffets and bars!

Personalize Your Party!!  Place a pumpkin, witch, mummy or other cut-out with your face(s) welcoming all (you can even add a speech bubble).  The pumpkin’s our favorite. 

Tabletop

Set the table

• Over top put the All-In-One Spider Web hanging from the chandelier or light fixture.

• Cover the table with a the Spider Frenzy table cover, a black tablecover or one of your own.

• Scatter  all over the table.

• Set the table with Spider Frenzy plates, cups and napkins.

• Tie each napkin with Orange and black beads (doubles as a favor).

Buffets and Bars

• Attach Itsy Bitsy spider lights around edges of buffets and bars where electricity permits.

• Scatter more creepy table sprinkles around on these tables as well.

Photo Opportunity

Personalize Your Party!!  Place one of our HALLOWEEN photo ops in a corner with a Polaroid or single-use camera for some great souvenirs.

Entertainment

• Place one of our Halloween CDs of Halloween Party Music and special effects at the door or throughout.

Favors

• Orange and black Mardi Gras beads are always appreciated.

• Fill a spider frenzy loot bag with Halloween candy for when guests leave.
