At the entrance to the driveway, a welcome:

Along with this, have mylar balloon clown bouquets (faces of clowns peeking out from large groups of latex balloons).

The Party Area

Set up three tents, each including one ring. Fill the tents with balloons and ribbons - color everywhere!

Don’t forget to decorate your guests.  Maybe just a clown nose , or a clown hat , and jumbo sunglasses or crazy foam glasses . And you want the birthday star to stand out so give them a silly birthday hat.
