Santa Party or How My Boss Became Old St. Nick

This party is just plain fun. You have to have a boss that’s willing to join in the fun but if you do this is a great way to enjoy an end of the year holiday office party. Have a party with the theme of Santa Claus! Sometimes we try just too hard when the obvious is staring us right in the face. Let's celebrate Santa--he works hard, gives us presents, brightens up our lives (sounds like the boss doesn’t it?).

Santa Claus Invitations

There are as many choices for invitations as there are Christmas traditions.  For quick and easy invitations purchase them at your local book or invitation store.  For a more personalized Santa invitation, let Party411.com create one that’s perfect for you.

Once inside, make your guests feel like they’re at the North Pole, only not quite so cold. I like to use a 5’ Santa scene setter  for this theme but there are so many Christmas scene setters to choose from including Christmas trees, nutcrackers, Santa and his reindeer, and naturally Santa himself. Sometimes it’s tough to change an office space into Santa’s playground but some ceiling decorations. and some Merry Christmas lights go a long way. It’s fun and easy, what more could you ask for, especially at the holidays?

Balloons are a wonderful and reasonable way, to make a party space a festive place and they make perfect centerpieces.  Bunches of red and white balloons with colorful Santa Mylar balloons mixed in will have all your guests saying ho ho ho.

Deciding whether you will serve cocktails or not at your holiday office party is a big decision.  But even non-alcoholic drinks can be fun. Glasses can be as much fun as the drinks themselves if you serve them in flashing ones. A variety of shapes and sizes are available. And, imagine your guests delight when they realize that their ice cubes are flashing as well. What would be more fun than a visit from the main man himself? Surprise your guests with a visit from Santa (and his elves?). Costumes are easy to find at Santa's Costumes shop. Find a volunteer or two to be Santa's Helper or a Hard Working Elf.
