Easy Money Casino Party!

A casino party is a fun and easy theme to celebrate a birthday, a graduation, a poker night, a Bunco theme, or just because! Just get your friends together, the entertainment is built right in. I’ll bet you all have a great time.

1. Send Your Casino Party Invitation

  • Personalize Your Party! Of course, you can use a great Personalized Casino Invitation.
  • A great way to make the invitation stand out from the rest is to include a few inexpensive poker chips in the envelope.

Choose some fun wording for your Casino Party Invitation:

  • In the game of life, Sally is turning 40! Let us deal you in...
  • Oh "Craps", Jim is turning 50! Roll on over for a night of games.
  • Bring your poker face and a lucky charm to our 3rd annual poker night!
  • You have been "dealt" an invitation to Kathleen's Surprise Birthday Party!
  • Ante up for a night at the poker table. Join us for night of food, friends and fun.

2. Let the games begin!

  • Personalize Your Party! A fun casino party idea is to pass out Personalized Money or poker chips at the door. Let your guests use it to bet on games and redeem prizes at the end of the night!
  • It is very important to decorate your guests at a theme party, so pass out some extra special casino party wearables to get everyone ready to party. Here are a few of our favorites:
    • Sunglasses
    • Dollar Sign Beads
    • Dice Beads

3. Decorate Your Home Vegas Style!

  • Dice Lights are perfect around doorways and over the buffet/bar. Mix them in with white lights to cover a larger area.
  • Use cardboard Casino signs near the game areas to help people navigate your "casino".

4. Set Your Table with Casino Paper Goods

  • You don't want to serve a big meal at this party. Just circulate tasty appetizers and h'ordeuvres. Make sure you have some fun Casino paper goods to go with the food.
  • Set out munchies in snack bowls. I'm a Chex Mix gal myself, but pretzels and chips are great too.
  • Since everyone will be eating on the go, make silverware bundles by wrapping plastic utensils with a napkin. Tie the bundles off with colorful Dice Beads. You guests can wear them as a favor after they eat!
Serve easy finger foods that will keep everyone circulating and playing the games.
  • Swedish meatballs
  • Crap dip
  • Spinach and artichoke dip
  • Tomato bruschetta
  • Stuffed olives
  • Mini pizza bites
  • Shrimp cocktail
  • Fruit/Cheese Tray

5. Decorate the Bar and Light Up the Drinks

  • Wow your guests by serving drinks in an LED martini glass, they will be a hit at the party.
  • A good way to add a bit of festivity to the bar is to use a fun cocktail or beverage napkin along with a few creative drink garnishes.
  • Speaking of a cherry in your martini, serving a signature drink instead of a full bar is a great way to keep your alcohol costs down. We recommend the classic Casino Cocktail:
    • You need 2 oz. gin, 2/3 teaspoon, maraschino liqueur, 2/3 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 dashes orange bitters, and a maraschino cherry for garnish.
    • Fill cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add ingredients. Stir until thoroughly chilled. Strain into martini glass, garnish with maraschino cherry.
6. Hand Out Favors to Say "Thanks for coming!"
  • Make your favor part of the casino theme by letting guests trade in their play money for prizes. You can do a variety of prize levels so that the big winners can take home something really special, and everyone still gets a fun prize. Here are a few suggestions:
    • Poker Chip Keychains
    • Mini Playing Cards
    • $100 Bill Erasers
  • Personalize Your Party! Even if you guests don't "win" anything, make sure they go home with a sweet reminder of your casino party. A Personalized Casino Candy Bar fits the bill!

Makes one fun Casino Theme Party!
