Diaper Pin Game
Ingredients
- Diaper Pins
To Play
- As everyone arrives at the shower, pin a diaper pin to each person's lapel.
- Throughout the entire shower, each time someone is caught crossing her legs, the person who catches this movement gets to take that pin and pin it on her own shirt.
- If the person being caught has more than one pin, then all of her pins go to the person who catches her.
- The winner is the person who has the most pins at the end of the shower.
Belly Bulge
Ingredients
- Pillows
- Gifts
To Play
- At game time, have guests replace their pillows with gifts.
- Mom-to-be must feel each "belly" and guess the gift underneath.
Runway Show
Ingredients
- Large Sized Gift Bags
- Baby Rattles
- Balloons

To Play
- Fill the gift bags with all of the items above.
- Divide guests into 4 teams, depending on how many guests you have.
- Give each team a gift bag.
- Each team decides who their model will be.
- Then, team members dress their model in maternity gear.
- Each model walks down a makeshift runway.
- The guest of honor chooses a winner based on the best maternity look.
Baby Shower Bingo
Just like traditional bingo only with baby gifts. This is a great game to keep your guests interested (and not bored!) while the Mom to be opens gifts.
Ingredients
- Blank Bingo Cards
- Markers
To Play
- Purchase or create blank bingo cards and ask your guests to fill in the blanks with the gifts they think the Mom-to-be will be getting
- When the presents are opened, as the gifts are open each guest marks off their bingo card.
- Whoever gets BINGO first, wins a prize.
Baby Bottle Bowling
A cute game for the mom to be and her closest friends.
Ingredients
- 10 Baby Bottles
- Tennis Ball
- Score Card with Each Guest’s Name
To Play
- In a hallway or one part of the party room set up baby bottles in a triangular shape.
- Each guest lines up and rolls the tennis ball at the bottles.
- Players get one point for each baby bottle knocked over.
- The person with the most points wins.
Baby Food Taste Test
See who’s taste buds are mom ready!
Ingredients
- 8 Jars of Different Types of Baby Food
- Tin Foil
- Plastic Spoons
- Paper Plates
- Paper & Pencils
To Play
- Cover the jars with foil and write a number on the side of each jar.
- Pass out plastic spoons, paper plates, and paper and pencil for each player.
- Ask players to write the numbers 1 through 8 around the outside of the plate.
- Pass around each jar of baby food and have players drop a spoonful next to each number.
- They must taste the globs and try to identify each flavor.
- Remove the foil to reveal the answers. Whoever has the most correct answers wins a prize. You'll get some funny faces during the tasting so keep the camera handy!
- Assorted fun sized, or regular sized, chocolate candy bars, (e.g. Snickers, Hersheys Crunch bars, Mr Goodbar, etc)
- Diapers
- Colored paper and a pen
- Unwrap the candy bar and place it on a microwave safe plate, microwave until gooey. Be careful not to burn!
- Carefully move the melted candy bar into a diaper, mush it up if you want, and repeat for the different candy bars.
- Create little labels to attach to the diapers, use with the ABCs or 123s.
- Pass around the dirty diapers and ask your guests to guess the candy bar in each diaper by smelling, tasting and looking at the dirty diapers and then writing down their guesses.
- The winner is the one who can correctly identify the most dirty diapers!

- 10 Unidentifiable Baby Objects: Nasal Aspirator, Temperature Strip, Nursing Pads, Teething Ring, etc
- Paper and Pencil
To Play
- Place the objects in basket.
- Distribute paper and pencil.
- Ask players to guess what each object does.
- The player with the most correct answers is the winner.
- Present the basket of the objects to the Mom-to-be.
Guess Who?
Can you guess what your friends look like as babies? This is a funny game to test your knowledge.
Ingredients
- Baby Pictures
- Tape
- Paper
To Play
- Have the guests bring their baby pictures to the party.
- Tape each picture to a sheet of paper.
- Pass around the baby pictures and have players try to identify each baby.
- For added fun, write crazy captions underneath the pictures, such as "Future President?" or "What are you lookin' at?"
