Host Committee

1. Host a table of 10.
     
2. Solicit additional host individuals or couples by
     
   1. asking friends to host a table
   2. contacting board members by phone
   3. contacting charity sympathizers, supporters
        
3. Follow up by phone on invitation lists provided by
     
   1. host couples/individuals
   2. honorees (if any)
   3. charity
        
4. Sell raffle tickets to friends, acquaintances, co-workers (Note: it should not be necessary to attend event to win.)
     
5. Solicit prizes for a small but unique live auction with a theme tied in to the benefit theme
     
6. Solicit corporate sponsors.
