Invitation Committee

Kick-Off (if applicable)

1. Compile mailing list from other committee members, "Friends" committee, potential table hosts/hostesses.
    
2. Design for simple kick-off invitation
    
3. Follow-through on mailing of kick-off invitation
    
4. Phone follow-up to determine who will be attending
    
5. Program schedule

Benefit

1. Coordinate the design and printing of the invitation by securing both a graphic artist and printer
     
2. Outline proper information for the invitation including time, place, date, listings of committees, sponsors, patrons, table hosts/hostesses.
     
3. Follow-through for on-time delivery
     
4. Compile mailing lists from organization (members, past board members, etc.) and others sources provided (e.g., table hosts, honorees and other names provided by committee)
     
5. Coordinate mailing of the invitation with volunteers and staff
