Lots of finger foods and champagne or any other bubbly non-alcoholic beverage served in glass or plastic champagne food. Dinner can be any dish the host or hostess prefers but it has to be something not too fancy so people can eat without needing a table or too many forks, knives and spoons. Desset has to be something special and individual(chocolate candy bars will work fine, very pop culture)

the people dressed as celebrities, there's going to be someone at the entrance dressed as a club bouncer checking at a list with names of celebrities(with the name of the guest next to it) so no one is repeated. Of course, guests will anounce the celebrity they will appear as before the party.
