You would have tiki lights all around the patio. You would have maybe a limbo set aside. You could have a big walkway leading to the backyard with lights and flowers. You could have the guests wear leighs when they get to the party. You could have blowup pink flamingos and palm trees.

For the food you would just have lots of snacks. The drinks you would have maybe virgin pina colodas(optional) since this is themed for 13 year olds. Maybe some punch. You could put all of the drinks in coconuts with the little umbrellas in them.

The music would be hawaiian. Maybe the ocean with birds. Maybe a ukelele. Or you could have anything you like

| Highlight: |
The most outstanding theme highlight would be that they could have a limbo contest and you would give out prizes for like the winner and runner up. You could give out what ever you want for prizes. Gift certificates what ever for prizes. Maybe some door prizes. And a hula competition.
