Invitations can be anything homemade and creative. I used a light purple, close to lavander and silver sparkles and a border. I bought stamps that read the who/what/where/when/why deal. Not only is this pretty, but its cheap and origonal.

Decoration matches the Color of your invitation. Streams and mabye a homemade banner with the big SWEET 16 HAPPY BIRTHDAY MEGAN. Be creative and have your parents and family all have fun helping you decorate it. It will mean more than a store bought one.

yummy food, is a nessicity at the party. However the usual junk food will do. Chips,popcorn,soda you name it! Maybe some cream puffs, homemade brownies and cookies. Oh and of course the CAKE! For my birthday I did a coldstone creamery cake. The very best...you can get it personalized and everyone will enjoy it.

Music can be anything to jam too. I had all my friends bring there own music and use that. We really only used the music when we were chillin in the hot tube anyways.

Memories don't cost a thing and cars are JUST as good as limos. You don't NEED a hall or a local joint to hang out in either. All you need is your favorite buds. So we did the traditional girly sleepover (how many of those do you get until your too old?) Complete with make overs we gave each other with our own makeup. Going out to eat at a fancy resteraunt (Olive Garden) and shopping at the mall. All do able for the average teenager. Buy some cheap camaras and take pic' |
