No invitaions were sent out. This was held for the youth of our church after our yearly Christmas dinner one evening.

The Christmas Race was held after our church had our Christmas dinner. We kept it a secret telling only that whoever intended on participating needed to dress warm and wear comfortable shoes. We lined everyone up and counted off in 1,2,3. After each had a # we told the ones to get in a group, the two's get in a group etc. Then each group had to pick a captain. Once the captain was chosen we handed out santa hats and reindeer horns to them. The captains had to wear them at all times during the race.( it would also be fun if you had enough hats and horns for the team members also) We then told them who their designated driver was(not a team member). After a few rules were read we then told them to go to the vans that were waiting. The designated driver then handed them the first clue. I made up poems (At Colonial Mall there is fun to be had. People are shopping everyones glad. Test thier knowledge of holiday cheer. Find someone that can name all of Santa's reindeer
. Once task is done and you have all the names. Take a picture with the person and all of the gang. Your chauffeur has found his friend Steve and Barry (name of store in mall) Go quickly and find him Do not tarry.
