It is time to rav it up!! Try to where all white and paint florescent colors all over you!
Decor:
You set up some sort of cage and put white paper hanging over it with black lights all over. On the white paper you spray paint weird designs on it with florescent colors therefore it can reflect off the black light.
Food:
Just water.
Music:
Any kind of music will do! You just have to include some Techno...I mean it is a Rave.
