The artichokes are precooked. Heat oven to 300 degrees and warm up the
artichokes for 8-12 minutes. Serve as a finger food with an additional
plate to discard the leaves.

Shrimp Stuffed Peppers
The stuffed peppers are precooked. Heat oven to 300 degrees and warm
up the peppers for 8-10 minutes. Serve before Etouffee.

Pints of Crawfish Etouffee
Defrost Etouffee and warm up in a sauce pan. Serve over a bed of
white rice. We suggest that you serve with some warm French bread so
your guests don't have to resort to licking their plate clean!

Complete your meal with a twist on the traditional Mardi Gras King Cake.
The Queen Cake has five different types of fillings: cream cheese,
apple, pineapple, strawberry, and lemon. The fillings alternate around
