Drinks:

A traditional Mardi Gras cocktail is the world renowned Pat O'Briens Hurricane. Serve up this fruity concoction with equal parts of good dark rum as a before dinner aperitif in a tall Pat O'Briens Glass.

Dinner:

Appetizer - 2 Seafood Stuffed Artichokes
The artichokes are precooked. Heat oven to 300 degrees and warm up the artichokes for 8-12 minutes. Serve as a finger food with an additional plate to discard the leaves.

Main Course:

  • 8 Shrimp Stuffed Peppers
The stuffed peppers are precooked. Heat oven to 300 degrees and warm up the peppers for 8-10 minutes. Serve before Etouffee.
  • 4 Pints of Crawfish Etouffee
Defrost Etouffee and warm up in a sauce pan. Serve over a bed of white rice. We suggest that you serve with some warm French bread so your guests don't have to resort to licking their plate clean!

Dessert:

Queen Cake
Complete your meal with a twist on the traditional Mardi Gras King Cake. The Queen Cake has five different types of fillings: cream cheese, apple, pineapple, strawberry, and lemon. The fillings alternate around the cake for a truly unique and delicious cake! Perfect if you can't decide on which filling you like best!
