a black piece of paper in the shape of a carnival ticket. in silver writing, state the date, place and time.

have random booths like @ a carnival. staple balloons to a piece of cardboard and throw darts at it (careful! you may want to do this outside)have large buckets and throw tennis balls into it. have a ''concession stand'' and have popcorn in paper bags, candy apples, corndogs etc. have giant pics of merry go round horses colored black and silver. have glow in the dark moons and stars on the walls, have black abd silver balloons everywhere. it IS a mignight carnival after all.

it doesnt hav to be carnival music. a lot of carnivals play modern music. whatever ur into.

| Highlight: |
since the party is pretty low budget, your not really buying anything new, go to a dollar store and spend $20 or something on prizes for your friends. hope u have a great b-dayyyy! peace out!!! LOVE, LILA (havent had the parT yet but i will soon ;D )
