Casino Royale Invitations

Party411’s Creations for You have some wonderful casino theme invitations you can personalize for your party. 

For corporate events you may want to consider a custom design with your company logo or caricature of the president as the King or Queen of Hearts. These same designs can later be featured on candy bar wrappers, Welcome sign, programs and more!

Having a poker party?  You might want to consider a poker party invitation or maybe a casino invitation.  If you’re creating a Vegas atmosphere think about a Vegas nights invitation - that's your Ace in the hole! Simply add your party information and send.

Buy loads of paper Play Money.  If you’re looking to make an unforgettable impression a great idea is having your logo or a picture on the money by your friends at Party411’s Creations for You.  Include some "money" in your invitations for the first round of drinks.

If your Casino Party is a FUNd-raiser, you'll want to include auction information and times on the invitation. Dressing up adds to the festivities of the royal evening, so you may wish to note on your invitation that this is a black tie (or black tie optional) affair.

Casino Royale Decorations

You're on a roll…To make your party successful, carry out the casino theme throughout the evening. As your guests enter the hall or party room, have them walk through a balloon archway or through 8' high corrugated dice columns with Mylar red dice or card motif balloons attached. A large light-studded casino sign makes a statement that this is the big time! 

If you are in a big room (think church basement) or you have big walls think about setting the scene with some colorful, and inexpensive, scene setters.  You can have a wall full of slot machines or casino lights, or if you are feeling lucky some big money.  Don’t worry there are even more options to choose from so make sure you create the mood in a big way!

Need signs for your walls.  Think about a cool Casino Mural or cutouts of playing cards, or giant (5 feet!!) money  or Welcome to Vegas signs. Don’t want to touch your walls but want to add some excitement?  Think about using these fun casino dangles. 

And don't forget the bright balloons— topped off with mylar dice balloons with Kings and Queens on the reverse sides for a razzle-dazzle look!

What's a Casino Party without cold, hard cash? Hand out packets of bogus bills as your guests arrive. We can  create custom play money with your company logo or the picture of the guest of honor, too! Contact the Custom Queen for more info. If your Casino Party is a fund-raiser, after your guests go bust, they can purchase additional "money" and continue playing. At the end of the evening guests can participate in an auction with their winnings.

You can even add Money Toilet Paper in the bathrooms! 

Tables

If you're serving dinner, you'll want to have seating cards. Let Party411 custom-create your seating cards, or you can make your own by attaching mini playing cards or mini dice to each one. Set them up on a table near the entrance and trim the table with festive dice ropes and red dice lights.   Don't forget the balloons here, on the dinner tables and strategically located throughout the room – in columns, arches, and on centerpieces, they'll give you the biggest bang for your buck.

White linens for the tables, topped with cloth squares of red or black make a handsome room, and nice white china and flatware trimmed in glittering silver or gold add to the glitz and glitter. If you prefer paper products, we have a beautiful coordinated card-themed selection. Sprinkle tables with card suit confettiand  dice candles.

Centerpieces

Food

The menu is really up to you. You can have anything from a full-blown 7-course dinner or elegant buffet to serving munchies throughout the evening, with coffee and dessert at the end. No Casino Party's complete without lots of drinks so cash bars are a good idea. If you're making toasts, serve champagne. With the booze flowing and the gambling going you can bet your guests will have the time of their lives! Want to add some sizzle to your Casino Party? Modeling agencies can supply fabulous showgirls to walk around the game tables and serve champagne to your guests—unless you want to do the posing (oo-la-la!).

Party Favors

It's always nice to leave a fabulous party with a memento of the evening. If you used the filled top hats for your centerpiece, you're already covered. These can range from top hats, tiaras, blinking bow-ties and neon jewelry to casino candy bar wrappers . Hand them out early for maximum impact.

Games & Activities

This is the fun part. Rent casino gaming equipment from local vendors. They'll have set ups for Poker, Blackjack, Craps, Wheels of Fortune and Roulette tables. They may even have a list of dealers you can hire to run the games. An alternative to renting talent is to tap volunteers from your own group to man the tables in shifts. Think how cute they'll look, wearing a dealer's vest and visor. If you think you want to hold annual Casino games, why not buy the set-up packages? Hosting a fund-raiser? Use the evening's gambling theme to your advantage and hold an auction at the end of the night. You'll want to have the donated items and services you and your volunteers solicit in advance displayed throughout the evening. Set them up in a special part of the room, labeled with donors' names -- everyone likes to be appreciated! At the designated hour, close the games, invite everyone for dessert and coffee, and then hold your auction. Depending on the values of your gifts, and the values of your bogus bills, you might want to allow attendees to supplement their winnings (or lack thereof) with their own real money, in order to get in on the bidding. Remind them it's for a worthy cause and watch the wild bidding begin!
