A Grande Casino party is perfect for a company anniversary or corporate party. Celebrate Monaco-style with a black tie party for employees and guests. Check out the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino for inspiration.

For a large selection of casino decorations, props, favors and invitations visit Casino Decorating411.

Casino Party Invitations

Personalized casino invitations are perfect for a Grande Casino party. Include your company’s logo, attire (Especially if it’s black tie—so people don’t come in jeans!), some of the events details (unless it’s a secret), and all of the other necessary invitation requirements. Make the invitations sparkle with glitter and casino confetti   sprinkled in the envelopes. Your guests will sparkle! Or consider, the black and gold gala invitations from Carlson Craft, which are trés chic.

We, of course, love using personalized ticket invitations.  We're sure your guests will love them too!

Welcome Area

Dazzle guests to red carpet treatment, just like in Monaco. Set up a large tent and red carpet at the entryway. Line the red carpet with large flower bouquets in pretty urns, spotlights and a few photographers to take photos as your guests enter. So glamorous!

At the entrance hang a fabulous large lit sign using tiny lights announcing the 25th Anniversary or XYZ Company's Annual Event. As guests go through the door, hire models to dress as showgirls to greet guests and direct them throughout the party. You can even have them trade in play money for chips and wait on guests working the poker table.

Decorate the registration area with a silver, red, and black balloon archway.  (Here are some great casino balloons.) Flank the area with palm trees and flowers for a Grande Casino look.  For an even cooler look, try a casino card archway to welcome your guests.

Everyone will need some cash to spend, at the registration table hand out play money to guests for them to trade in for chips. Or, even better, you can use personalized money with the company’s logo (or the boss's face!) and the year of the anniversary on it.

Next to the registration desk, everyone will love seeing a lifesize cutout of the owner of the company dressed as a King or Queen.  Perfect for a casino party.

If you are having a sit down dinner, you’ll want to include seating cards. Make the seating cards match the invitations. If you would like, make each table a different famous casino like the Monte Carlo-Monaco, MGM Grande, Bellagio, Caesar's Palace, etc.

Casino Party Decorations

Make the place beam like a casino! Have lit signs hanging over different areas pointing left and right to various areas indicating "Cocktail Lounge", "The Grande Casino", "Le Cage", “Roulette” etc. Place lighted dice column at different areas throughout the party. You may want to use 2 each at the cocktail lounge, hors d’oeuvres, and dessert area as well as at the entrance to the gaming room.  Hang casino danglers from the ceiling for an extra fun touch.

Leading into “The Grande Casino” hang a glowing casino sign to greet guests. Then, set up casino games like blackjack, craps, and roulette wheels around the room. You can hire a gaming company to provide you with all of the games and staff to run the casino. Hang casino game signs above each game.

Don't forget personalized money with your corporate logo to use during the games.  Set up an area in the room with raffle boxes.  Have people write their name on the backs of their personalized money and put the money in the box of the prize they would like to win!  This will give people an extra push to get involved at the party!

Tables

Dress the tables with black skirts and linens and silver table toppers. Then, decorate the tables with chocolate silver confetti printed with your logo on each table. At each place setting give everyone a Casino Party gift bag filled with blinking dice beads, dollar sign sunglasses, light up dice (for good luck of course, gold chocolate coins and personalized money.

If the company is taking cash donations for a particular charity, include in the gift bags a card that tells everyone about the charity. Also, include a form asking everyone to donate the amount of his/her “winnings” to charity.

Centerpieces

At a Grande Casino party flowers are a must. Who doesn’t love a fancy flower bouquet? Fill tall glass vases with a mix of red long stem roses and tropical flowers. Then, surround each vase with votive candles.

Casino Party Entertainment

The real entertainment is all of the games, but not everyone enjoys gambling. So, you may want to consider some other form of entertainment. Consider having a band or DJ for dancing. Also, you’ll want to take time out to have the CEO, president or other executives make a few announcements and thanking everyone for coming. A good time is before dinner after the first course, if it’s a sit down dinner.

As part of the casino games, host a contest for the highest bidders and chip counts giving out prizes to the winners. Check out our Casino Party Games for more ideas

The best party favor of all is chocolate, especially for this type of party. At the end of the party, hand out personalized candy bars with the company’s logo and a thank you from the boss. Give out special gifts like engraved key rings, business card holder, or frame to each of the guests.
