All-Star Stadium Bar/Bat MitzvahA Bar or Bat Mitzvah Theme
This theme is perfect for a child you loves baseball. It can be tweaked a bit though and used for any sport played in a stadium!
Invitations
Or use a great personalized ticket invitation to invite your guests!
Welcome Area At the first point of entry, have a sign saying: You've reached 1st Base .. At the next door into the party room, display a sign saying … (Child's Name) welcomes all On the way from the initial point of entry to the party room, have cut-outs of baseball players holding stadium "boxes" filled with peanuts, popcorn boxes, crackerjacks and a speech bubble that says BEER HERE (but the cups will be filled with ginger ale...a little chuckle on the kids). Use a baseball theme sign in board or a baseball theme sign in book for a wonderful memento! Have a bouquet of balloons at this area to draw people over! Seating Cards Use a baseball theme seating card showing the name of the table where the guest is sitting, the guest's name and table number, and attach a baseball yo-yo. Seating Card Sign Place on the tabletop where seating cards are. Have this sign say: You're at 3rd base Have baseball balloons decorating this area. The Party Room If there is a large wall in the party room, use a Baseball Wall Mural! You'll love it! Each adult table would be the name of a different stadium:
Cocktail Napkins: Have them printed to say:
The first drink can be served in a plastic baseball canteen complete with straw Bar/Buffet Area: Decorate with baseballs/peanuts/popcorn/crackerjacks Tables:
Personalized Cameras: Personalized Bar and Bat Mitzvah cameras on each table for your guests to use for pictures! DJ/Band Backdrop: Have a lit 3x8' sign made saying: YOU'RE AT "HOME" AT (CHILD'S NAME)'S BAR/BAT MITZVAH Have a graphic of a home plate coming off the sign and, of course, be sure to have (Child's Last Name) Stadium printed on this graphic. Other options: votive candles that look like baseballs, baseball confetti erasers thrown around the base, candy (foil-wrapped milk chocolate baseballs) Candlelighting Have a diagram of the playing field with thirteen positions. Those being honored will put a "bat" representing them on the field (attached with velcro). Print up a ballpark-style "program" but with the Bar/Bat Mitzvah on the cover listing items about him and the special people helping him celebrate. Party Favors
A plastic baseball helmet filled with chocolate baseballs, wrapped in a cello bag and tied off with red, white, and blue ribbon. Or try a custom candy bar wrapper.
