Reception Invitations

Use a caricature of the child, dressed to play basketball, inviting everyone to attend his/her ALL STAR Bar/Bat Mitzvah or custom ticket invitations inserted in the envelope with you formal invitations.

Welcome Gifts

Basketball caps (look like half a basketball) filled with foil-wrapped chocolate basketballs, all packed in a cello bag and left in the hotel rooms

Welcome Area

Have a lit sign with event logo that says, "Hoop it up at [your child's name]’s ALL STAR Bar/Bat Mitzvah"

Next to the welcome sign have a lifesize cutout of the celebrant dressed as a basketball player.  Then have a directional sign point to different areas of the stadium – Locker Rooms, Concessions, Restrooms, etc.

Have plenty of balloons in this area as well!

Sign-In Area

A personalized basketball sign in board or a great 3D personalized basketball Sign in Book with a basketball cover. 

Don't forget balloons at this area.

Seating Cards

Game Tickets for adults and Player Security Passes for kids.  Or use basketball theme seating cards attached to a personalized basketball stress ball keychain (a great favor!).

Have a sign with the seating cards, "Be an ALL STAR and take your seat!"

The Party Room

Start with a sign over kids area that says "BLEACHERS"

Tables:

• Centerpieces/Adults: Florals with half mini-basketballs and half caricatures of your child dressed to play coming out on plant sticks
• Centerpieces/Kids: hats with basketball team logos covering balloon weights with balloons pulled through top
• Alternating orange and black tablecloths
• Foil-covered chocolate candy basketballs over chocolate drizzle popcorn
• Basketball votive candles
• Basketball confetti

Personalized Cameras: Personalized Bar and Bat Mitzvah cameras on each table for your guests to use for pictures and keep as a favor!

DJ/Band Area: A large, lit backdrop over DJ/band that says "[your child's name]’s ALL STAR Bar/Bat Mitzvah"

Hang a large scoreboard from ceiling displaying winning score for Bar/Bat Mitzvah child’s team—13-0!
