Baseball Bar/Bat Mitzvah

Welcome Gifts

Popcorn boxes filled with chocolate drizzle popcorn left in hotel rooms for your guests

Welcome Area

Have a sign in the shape of a playing field saying,

"Welcome to [your child's name]'s Field,"

Next to the welcome sign have a lifesize cutout of the celebrant dressed as a baseball player.  Then have a directional sign point to different areas of the stadium – "Concessions," "Rest Rooms," "Gift Shop," etc.

Have plenty of balloons in this area as well!

Sign-In Area

A personalized baseball sign in board or a great 3D Personalized Sign in Book with a baseball cover. 

Don't forget balloons at this area.

Seating Cards

Baseball Clackers tagged off with a baseball theme seating card.  

The Party Room

Start with a sign over kids area that says "BLEACHERS"

Tables:

• Centerpieces/Adults: Caricature of your child hitting it out of the park, made into a base for balloon bouquets. For example, "Jason HITS IT OUTTA THE PARK on his Bar Mitzvah!"
• Centerpieces/Kids: Baseball mylar balloons and latex balloons coming off of a velour baseball hat.
• Baseball tablecloths or red and blue table cloths (go All-American) with napkins tied off with baseball beads.
• Baseball votive candles
• Foil covered chocolate baseballs scattered about tables as confetti

Personalized Cameras: Personalized Bar and Bat Mitzvah cameras on each table for your guests to use for pictures and keep as a favor!

DJ/Band Area: A large sign that says "[you child's name]'s Stadium [or Field]" with giant bats and balls hanging from it

Activities

• Game area featuring speedball radar pitch game, batting cage, baseball ring toss

Prizes

• Cracker Jacks
• bags of peanuts/popcorn

• baseball canteens and more!

Favors

• Custom Candy Bars at each place.
• Buy a few Home Run derby packs with baseball dancefloor gifts for the DJ to pass out

Valet Parking

• Put baseball keychains on keys with "thank yous" attached when the cars are returned
