A Magical Night

A Bar/Bat Mitzvah Theme

Invitations

Use a personalized caricature invitation (with some confetti mixed in for fun) of your child, dressed as a magician, pulling a rabbit out of a hat (can be made to fit in with formal "temple" invitation).

Welcome Area

Have a lit sign that says "Welcome To [your child’s name]'s Magical Bar/Bat Mitzvah – The Show’s About To Begin!"

Sign-In Area

Use a Magic theme sign in board that reads "Please leave a little magic of your own for [your child’s name]"

Or use a personalized 3D sign in book for a magical memento! 

Have a bouquet of balloons at this area to draw people over!

Seating Cards & Seating Cards Sign

Pre-packaged magic tricks with a seating card attached with name/table number.

Have a sign at the table telling guests that,

The Magic Begins when you take your seat!

Don't forget to have balloons at this table.

The Party Room

Cocktail Napkins:

Have them printed to say: "The Magic of ..." with your child's name

Tables:

• Centerpieces/Adults: "Magic" fiber optic light wands, magic tricks (one per guest) and balloons coming out of a top hat. 
• Centerpieces/Kids: Plush white rabbits coming out of top hats with balloons attached to the rabbit.  (Donate the rabbits after the event)
