Midnight Cowboy New Year's
Then again, what a great theme for a New Year's party--not the movie, but the western theme that the words "Midnight Cowboy" bring to mind. If this isn't a group of people that know each other, you may want to make nametags and attach them to sheriff badges and hand them out as people enter or have them on a table at the door. Or use the cowboy hats again (they aren't expensive) and add name and Happy New Year to the front with a touch of glue.
