But go all out to simulate the excitement and amusement of a night in Vegas for your grad. On second thought, day or night, Vegas never shuts down. Casino Graduation Invitations

For a personalized invitation that matches the theme, take a look at Party411's Casino invitations, or, if that's a bit much, try our more traditional graduation party invitations.

An idea for an invitation that screams casino, attach your invitation to a deck of cards, poker chips, or dice.  Better yet, send one oversized playing card with the party details on the back as an invitation.  Say something like, “Kevin’s dealing the cards. Celebrate his future luck at…” If you want your party to have a roaring twenties bend to it, use a permanent marker and write your invitation directly on plastic gangster hats!

Send a Party411 custom caricature of your graduate as a casino dealer, or perhaps looking victorious after a night of card playing, or even portrayed as a playing card! Your grad can be the King of Diamonds or the Queen of Spades! First off, your guest of honor must wear a black felt gangster hat or jewel tiara so that everyone knows where to find him or her at all times. Try our casino decorating kit if you want to keep things simple but festive. It includes tissue balls and fans, garland and cutouts.

Centerpieces - The best centerpiece for a casino party is one of our playing card custom centerpieces with the grads face on it front and center.  Have a casino balloon bouquet coming out of the top.  You can buy casino confetti or even use playing cards or light up dice Light Up Dice as confetti! Better yet, scatter personalized poker chips around the room!

Seating Cards - Attach your seating cards to graduation year glasses to celebrate your graduate. Or, you can write the seating assignments directly onto small bags filled with fake money with your grad's face.

Sign-In Board - Enlarge either fake money with your grad's picture, or a picture of your grad as a playing card. Mount this on a large piece of foam core as the sign in board.

A buffet of finger foods is the perfect way to go at your casino party. This way your guests can take it with them to all of the game tables! Some tasty ideas are:

Chicken fingers, spinach & feta filo pastry triangles, satay chicken, cocktail samosas, spring rolls served with sweet/sour sauce, assorted cocktail satays of chicken, beef or lamb, meatballs with chili sauce, marinated turkey nibbles, shrimp cocktail, Thai fishcakes served (hot or cold) with yogurt/coriander dipping sauce, cocktail club sandwiches, spinach crepes filled with cream cheese and hot-smoked salmon, sushi rolls with a variety of fillings, rare beef skewers with horseradish, antipasto including all the favorites like tapenade and pâté, and assorted canapés.

Casino Graduation Games and Activities

This may be the most fun party that your guests will attend. Hang a casino banner to direct guests to the playing area. Set up stations around the party venue with a blackjack felt tablcover and poker sets, where your guests can gamble with their fake money.  Set up a "store" where your guests can redeem their winnings for prizes like dollar sign necklaces, diamond word tattoos, and Blues Brothers glasses.

Another cute idea is to have 2 huge playing cards, a king and queen, with the faces cut out where guests can pose to have their pictures taken in the faces of the cards. They can take these home in paper frames.  Or a custom cut-out of the grad in a tuxedo, James Bond style.

Try roasting and toasting your guest of honor for fun and to share great memories.

Casino Graduation Party Favors

Really, the best favor is a personalized candy bar wrapper. Everyone likes candy, it's a fun remembrance of the graduate, and the cost is low. Of course, there are plenty of other options.  Or send guests home with Personalized Poker Chips!
