the World and is now chef director of the world-renowned restaurant
consulting firm Joseph Baum & Michael Whiteman Co. and culinary
counselor for Dunnewood Vineyards in California. Her writing has appeared
in numerous magazines and newspapers, and she is a frequent guest chef on
national television.
