The Party Girl Works Her Magic for You

The Party Girl and her Party-ettes welcome the opportunity to work as your event coordinators. As your event coordinator, we can execute any of the items listed in YourParty411, whether guiding you with sound advice, making arrangements with vendors, managing your product orders, overseeing the development of your custom work or serving as your creative consultant. Planning events is hard work, and the Party Girl knows that the pressure is on you to make the event just right for all your guests. When you've got the Party Girl on your side, you can rest assured that every detail will be handled to a "t" and you will find nothing but smiles from all those happy guests!

A minimum of 4 weeks before your event is requested, in order for us to have the time to coordinate on your behalf. If the time span between now and your event is shorter than 4 weeks, please call us directly on our toll free line (877-514-8411) to inquire about our ability to assist you. Now you wouldn't want the Party Girl to run short on time, would you?

To sign the Party Girl on as your coordinator, we will need a $500.00 deposit payable by MasterCard, Visa or American Express. If you have previously purchased a YourParty411 Party Plan, $250.00 will be deducted from your final invoice. If you did not purchase a plan, $175.00 will be deducted from your final invoice. The fee you pay covers the cost of event coordination and consultation.
