There is nothing that makes a party more original and creative than having it
built around a specific theme or the celebrant's interests. Say your husband
loves golf and it's his birthday-then a golf party it should be. The Party Girl
and her team of Party-ettes will help you plan your next successful party. All
you have to do is provide us with some basic details about the event you plan to
have (and/or the person who is celebrating), and we will send you a complete
event plan that covers everything from start to finish--including decorating
ideas, product suggestions and purchase options. Whether it is a milestone or a
corporate event, fundraiser or social function, the Party Girl is ready to turn YourParty411
into your success.
Here is the information you will receive:
To start:
- Theme ideas if you request them, based on the event or celebration. Once
we have narrowed down your theme, we'll send you a start-to-finish plan.
If you've got a full weekend of events or multiple days, we can suggest
(and/or create):
- A weekend at-a-glance for out of town and/or guests, if applicable
- Maps to all event locations
- Welcome/hospitality gift suggestions for hotel rooms
For the main event itself, we will make suggestions for:
- Invitations
- Welcome/entry signage
- Sign-in board/guest book
- Balloons & additional decorations for your venue from floor to ceiling
- Seating cards
- Table decor including centerpieces (adults and/or kids), votive candles,
napkin rings, linens, candy, confetti and more
- DJ/band backdrop and dance floor give-aways
- Photographer or videographer opportunities
- Activities and games
- Personalized newsletters and/or programs
- Personalized and/or imprinted items
- Personalized or theme-oriented guest towels
- Theme oriented restroom florals/notions
- Special and directional signage
- Party favors
- Thank you for coming gifts
By providing you with a menu of ideas, you can pick and choose what you like
or dislike or what works with your budget. YourParty411
will be produced within 7-10 working days-but keep in mind, you'll need 8 to 10
weeks to plan the party. By the way, did you know that the Party Girl is a
Certified Event Planner? That's a real live professional!
YourParty411: The party plan cost is
$150, payable in advance using American Express, MasterCard or Visa. A $50
discount will be applied to your final invoice on orders of custom products,
event coordination or custom writing totaling $500 or more.
Once you have this information, you may:
- Let the Party Girl and Party411.com do all or part. The Party Girl
will order the products you choose, make arrangements with vendors, help you
develop custom pieces (see more on this below) and handle any details you
wish to delegate to us. For cost information and to indicate interest on

- Take the plan to an event planner in your area. Find a local
professional and have that planner make it happen for you.
- D.I.Y. Execute the plan yourself. Find your own supplies and
vendors. Voila! You're done.
Additional Services
Custom Creations - Party411.com's
Custom Creations division will whip up your own unique invitations, sign-in
boards, signage and decorations with a special design or caricature that you
choose. Custom Creations are priced based on the item. For more information on

Party Concierge - Looking for that
special something for that special someone? Saw a special effect for your next
special event, but don't know where to get it??! Let us help. Whether you are
looking for decorations like an 8' tall Knight in Shining Armor, balloons that
light up, neon string, helium-filled balls of light, special effects like
inflatable costumes, linens with outrageous designs, fabrics that stretch from
here to there, fog and/or bubble machines ...the perfect gift (e.g., a
baseball lamp that plays "Take Me Out to the Ballgame") or products
(bibs with lobsters on them) you saw somewhere and now you can't find ...
We can-- in fact, we will--find it for you. The cost is just $75 an
hour or a 20% surcharge of the ordered product total (whichever is greater).

Custom Writing-
The Party Girl, with her expert staff of writers, can create custom roasts,
toasts, poems, and candle lightings to honor a special guest. This work is
done based on a fee of $75 per hour.
General approximate times for custom writing orders tend to be as follows:
- Roasts, 6-8 hours
- Toasts, up to 1 hour
- Poems, 1-3 hours depending on your request
- Candle lightings, 3-4 hours
