The telephone book is a strong source. There will be a heading in the yellow pages for Banquet Facilities and/or Halls. Pick out the most likely sounding ones and make an appointment to go see them. I have an interview form I made to make sure I get all the info I need. (size, price, what's included, any extras you nust get from them, etc.)

Some other places to look: your local park dept, social clubs, agencies like the Boys and Girls Clubs, theaters and restaurants. I have also done some great parties in a plant nursery.
