Hello I am planning a "Top Gun" themed sales conference in Orlando in January for 115 people. I am somewhat new to this role now as this is my second year in this position and its not my primary responsivlity. I am looking for some creative ideas for decorations, teambuilding events, and other ways to spice up the meeting to make it fun!
