I suggest you spend nearly all of your money on food and decorate woth things you already have.
You could use your garage, push all the garage stuff against the walls and hang up sheets to cover the clutter. If you have a stuffie collection, group them together, maybe in matching clothes as part of your decorations. If you have lots of cool posters, bring them out and hang them up on the sheets. Anything you have a lot of is a possiblity.
