I think Phyllis idea is cool. Have it AFTER DARK! Okay not sure what time you can stay up to and if it doesn't get dark until 9:30 doesn't leave you much time. But really go out on the scary side of doing up things! Ask each guest to come up with an idea to do at the party. With 20 kids you should have 20 ideas, would keep you going all night long! Way into the morning hours!!
