Stag & Does are pretty popular in my area (Canada). Usually most of the prizes are things like beer shirts or company logo golf shirts and stuff that your friends donate from where they work, hang out, etc. Say your friend owns a bar, he gets stuff from the beer salesmen - promotional stuff - and he gives it to you. You run some draws and 50/50 draws, people buy tickets and that's how you make money.
