Since it seems that about half will be drinking lets say about 100 guests will drink the beer, I got a keg for my about 50 guests and had lots left over. You should be safe with 2 kegs. As for the champagne well that was gobbled up quick, Gets lots of those because even with left overs your guests would love to take an unopened bottle home with them if you don't mind. I got 2 cases, but don't forget the martinelli's sparkling apple cider for the non drinkers, i got 5 cases of that.
