We are trying to plan our bar for our 200 guest lobster bake wedding. We have a mixed crowd of family, non-drinkers and partiers. I want to be respectful of the family who is letting us use their Marthas Vineyard house....but I dont want to run out either. We are thinking about kegs for the beer, cases of wine and sodas, water, etc. The wedding should last 4-5 hours (late afternoon) and then we'll move to a bar across the street. How do we determine how much booze to supply?? Thanks!!
