Anyone can give the housewarming party. It is going to be at the new house that wants to be shown, thus the reason for the party. This way everyone can come and look. You should not include anything in the invitation about gifts, this is tacky. Let a friend or relative give the information for you. Good luck! I am planning an Open Housewarming Party for March 12, 2000. I am looking for ideas myself. If anyone reads this and have ideas for games and a entire day of excitement please e-mail me.'
