The best thing that you can have is the whole family together. I think that is the best gift! You could re-create the Thaksgiving meal with an up beat theme! Something brightly colored and many flowers (real, showing life). Tropical is always lively. We created that for a family member birthday who recently recoverd from a serios disease as well.
