Tracy, I'm so sorry about Dan's sisters and hope everything is looking better now. Here is a poem I wrote this morning...if you don't think it's long enough or want to add anything else just send me more info or let me know what you want. I don't know if I can center it on here like it should be but when you type it out just center every line on the page and the date under your name. Also since she is married is she your maid of honor or maidron (sp?) of honor? Anyway here is the first draft...hope it's what you're looking for and again glad to help in any way. Carol

For My Maid of Honor

Please stand beside me when I say “I do”
Dawn …a special request from me to you
No other buddies, pals, even next of kin
Could take your place my dearest friend

You’ve been there for me through the years
And we’ve shared much joy and many tears
So now a new chapter I’ll start in my life
I want you there when I become Dan’s wife

I didn’t need tea leaves or my fortune read
This appeal comes from my heart instead
Life holds countless changes as time goes on
But what we share is forever…my “Sister” Dawn
