Tracy, I'm assuming your reception is going to be there in the yards too. First I would suggest renting a tent or tarp. There are all kinds of rental places and event planning companies that rent really nice tents for weddings....this is just in case of rain...and if it does rain don't let it spoil anything...one of the prettiest weddings I ever attended was during a summer rain....after getting that worry out of the way I suggest you purchase your dress...this will help you to know what kind of flowers you want....example ...sweet or sophistacated (sp?)...then choose your colors....You could have floating candles in the pool or a bouguet of balloons in your colors tied together and floating in the pool. Your yard can be used for the ceremony with chairs set up and your archway. Your neighbors yard can serve as the reception area with the food and drink but of course everyone could mingle in and out of both yards.
