Both McCalls and Simplicity have good, easy period costumes. If sewing is not an option, visit your local costume shop. You could make one by cutting off some baggy pants below the knee and gathering with elastic, then ad a vest the same color and a blouse with very full sleeves. The Goodwill is a good place to look for pieces.
