INEXPENSIVE WEDDING FAVOR ideas please?

hello - i'm looking for an inexpensive wedding favor for a march 2002 wedding... the sit-down hotel dinner banquet will have about 700 guests. we have seen:
- 2 bells tied with ribbon
- fortune cookies
- candy bar with bride/groom names on wrapper
- almonds/mints in chanpagne glass wrapped with tulle. but none of the above really stick out for the price per favor. please help - any and all suggestions welcome. thanks in advance! :)
