That's not an easy question to answer because there are lots of variables. For instance, how long the party will last, whether the drinks will be chilled beforehand (so the ice won't melt as quickly), whether you are simply using the ice to put into chests to chill your drinks, etc.

Your best bet would be to call an ice company in your area. You will invariably need more ice than you think you will.

I did a party for 100 people and we went through 20 bags of ice (the size you buy at the supermarket).

Remember, you also can use new (or very clean) plastic trash cans to pre-cool your drinks. And, if you add some water to the ice, the drinks will chill more quickly.

Another thought, is about 4 cubes per person per drink for like a 12 ounce glass. In general, people drink 2 drinks in the first hour and 1 drink for each hour after that.
