My office group decided five years ago to quit giving personal gifts to each other and give to the less fortunate. It's much more satisfying than receiving something you probably don't want or need. We draw names then each person must purchase a child's toy that reminds them of the person whose name they drew. We have a luncheon and open the presents and get a real good laugh. Then we donate the toys to Toys for Tots and it feels great. I've received some great toys and can't believe the insight my co-workers have when it comes to my personality! Hope this helps.
