put a nylon stocking over your head and pretend to be a robber
knock or ring some one's doorbell, then run away

go out side in a bathrob with nothing underneath and like flash a tree or something like that
kiss a dog or cat or something like that
dress up like a superhero with like underwear and a bra over their clothes and a towel or a sheet for a cape, make sure to have a camera
call someone you like and ask them out double dare them
sing something stupid that you make up out of the blue
I like doing these things with my friends and stuff like that even thought i'm only seventeen, we have a blast doing fun things and just thinking of any oringinal ideas. At the begining of the night you could have your friends write down some ideas for truth or dares. Remember the double dare which no one can get out of. Plus, keep a camera and plenty of film around for anything that might come up, it's always nice to look back on the pictures and remember all the fun you had. Hope you have a fun time it sounds like quiet a blast!
