Cover a wide base with music of jazz, not just dixieland. Play Count Basie's Atomic Swing for example and also Sarah Vaughn w/ the Count Basie band. Play Duke(as in Ellington, Frank(as in Sinatra) and something silly like the Cars or Prince. Include some Motown. Play "1999" if you aren't to sick of it. Avoid too much contemporary swing. Unless it's a real jazz party, the folks will appreciate the rotation. Get a 10 cd changer, let 'em rotate
