Bachelor Party Themes/Ideas?

I am putting together a bachelor party which will
involve a golf outing followed by a dinner (we have
rented a private room at a local tavern - open bar,
etc).
I would like the event to be "roast-like" and am not
sure how to ask the other participants to prepare.
For example, each bring a card with a story (embarassing)
about/involving the groom on it?
Has anyone been to a good bachelor party where the groom
was roasted in a unique way.
I'd like it to be a memorable experience & fun for all.
Any ideas would be welcomed & greatly appreciated.
