Hey I am 16 too I am having a small party with a few of my friends and I am including traditions from all around the world. I don't know what you are into but this year I am making a St.Basils cake, eating grapes, and making fortune cookies. I think I am going to fill up balloons with glitter and confetti and at midnight we are going to pop them in the air with a fan blowing so it will be like a shower of glitter! Do not waste your time watching the stupid ball drop! Please! Boring!! You could have a theme party and wear those neat feather masks! My friends and I are going out to eat and then having a little party so it should be fun. Good luck and be safe!
