If your party is all girls:
Oweje board
Light as a feather, stiff as a board
Total Makeover - get all your mom's old makeup and get some cheap Wet n Wild makeup and a disposable camera - make each other over with a theme, then model using that theme for your moves i.e. Western - big curls, blue eyeshadow up to eyebrows, red lipstick, pink blush all over cheeks, moves are riding horse, lassoing, do-se-doing...New Jersey - big puffy hair, lime green and blue shadow with dark black eye pencil, Barbie pink lipstick and no cheeks, moves are posing like a model, pouting...other ideas can be numerous) If it's coed (these work for all girls 2):
Foosball or pool if you have the table
Poker
Mummy (one person's the mummy and has to close eyes and touch people - once touched you also become a mummy and do same thing)
Capture the flag
Taboo
