Well first of all rent Clueless and watch the party scene!

If you don't have time this is the best text description we all could put together:
A game where participants stand in a line guy, girl, guy, girl and they pass a thing (condom in wrapper, piece of paper, beer cap) from person to person by placing it on the first person's lips and having that person suck to hold onto it, then turn to the next person and that person put his/her lips up to the first person and suck the thing off while the first person blows it away. The point is to have whoever loses kiss by accident.

That's a complilation of four college students (me, a girl, and three guys) experiences. But really, rent Clueless to see it done
