The New Years party I had around 13 or 14 consisted of the following (bear in mind this was 5 years ago): 1. Chips n dip - if u wanna get fancy make ur own dip out of an 8 oz. container of sour cream and a packet of dry onion soup - I serve that at all my parties and people love it 2. Music - if u have iTunes or nething like that download a huge mix - otherwise go to ur local cheap CD store and get mixed CDs - also encourage people to bring their own music mixes 3. Some fun party games - we played spin the bottle, truth or dare, and other games like that but things like Twister and maybe Trival Pursuit 90's would work. 4. Soda - lots of soda, and bottled water 5. The hats, noisemakers and stuff like that - it's cheap if u buy it outside of the kits 6. People Warning for you - if you are gonna do the midnite kiss concept (a great concept for sure) then please make sure there are enough people so everyone who wants one gets a kiss - if that won't work encourage a midnite group hug. that way no one feels uncomfortable or pressured
