first of all, slow down turbo. Take some deep breaths and think this through. ok scary movie, good idea. If you see some people arent interested try and compensate with another activity while others watch the movie. also games to play, anything you want. twister is a fun party favorite. Music is also a great idea. try to mix things up though. dont play the same type of music. switch it up between rock/rap/pop etc. other than that your set. also make sure to have refreshments...probably going to get really hot after dancing and such.
