I have a good game called Suck 'N Blow. Just get a card (credit card, playing card, etc.) and sit everyone in a circle, boy - girl boy - girl. Then have someone start by sucking the card to their lips (we'll call that person A). A has to pass it to the person next to them (B), using only their mouthes. B sucks in, and A blows out, to get the card to the next person. If it drops, you (duh!) end up kissing the person next to you. If the card drops, though, then that pair is 'OUT'.
