Sounds like fun.
You could make it a Luau, there are tons of ideas posted for those.
Limbo and hula hoop contests, Karaoke with beach themed music such as Beach Boys.
Great lighting such as a red light bulb (sun)
Grass beach mats or cheap beach towels for all the girls to sit on and they take one home as a party gift. Sun glasses from the dollar store.
You could have everyone decorate their own beach visor or hat with faux flowers and fabric paints as a craft. Or they could personalize a plain beach towel with fabric paints.
